We accept secure online payments for all orders placed on BattRox.
All transactions are processed on business days and protected with industry-standard encryption. If you have any questions about a specific payment or invoice, please contact our support team.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (if available at checkout)
  • Bank / Wire Transfer (for large or B2B orders; contact support to arrange)
  • Gift Cards / Store Credit (when applicable)

Availability of specific methods may vary by region and order value.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can request changes before the order ships.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible before the item is shipped so we can assist in time.

Currency, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and local regulations.
  • For international shipments (if applicable), duties and VAT may be collected by the carrier or local customs.

Refunds & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • After we process the refund, banks and card networks typically take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
  • For gift card or store credit refunds, the balance is updated once the refund is issued.

Invoices & Billing

  • An order confirmation email is sent after checkout.
  • A shipping confirmation (with tracking) is emailed once the order dispatches.
  • Need a formal invoice or company details on the invoice? Contact support with your order number and billing info.

Payment Security & Privacy

  • Our checkout uses TLS/SSL encryption and complies with PCI-DSS requirements via our payment providers.
  • We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Additional checks such as 3-D Secure / SMS verification may be required by your bank to prevent fraud.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  1. Verify the card number, expiry, CVC, and billing address.
  2. Ensure your bank allows online/international transactions and has sufficient funds.
  3. Try a different payment method or contact your bank to approve the charge.
  4. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team and include any error message shown at checkout.

Common Payment Questions

When am I charged for my order?

Your card is authorized at checkout and typically charged when the order ships.

Can I split payment across multiple methods?

Not at this time. Please use a single payment method per order.

Do you support bank transfers for large purchases?

Yes. Contact support for bank transfer instructions and a pro-forma invoice.

How long do refunds take?

We submit refunds immediately after approval. Banks usually complete processing within 3–10 business days.

Can I change my payment method after ordering?

We can’t change the method on an existing order. If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us to cancel and place a new order.

Is Buy Now, Pay Later available?

If available in your region, the option will appear at checkout (e.g., Shop Pay Installments). Availability may vary.
