We accept secure online payments for all orders placed on BattRox.
Payments can be submitted at checkout at any time. Orders are reviewed and processed on business days. All payment information is handled securely through our payment providers using industry-standard encryption.

We currently accept the following payment methods, where available at checkout:

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other supported Shopify checkout payment providers.
Currency, Taxes, and Fees
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and local tax regulations.
Please review your order total carefully before completing payment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
For order returns or exchanges, please refer to the "Returns & Exchanges" policy.
To cancel an order, please refer to the "Cancel Order" policy.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@battrox.com.
Most orders are processed quickly and are usually shipped on the next business day. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel or update it before it leaves our warehouse.
Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping and handling costs may already apply. If a carrier intercept, return, or shipment cancellation is required, the related cost may be deducted from the refund. The final fee may vary depending on the delivery location, shipping method, carrier charges, shipping distance, and package status.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, please try the following steps:
- Check that the card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address are entered correctly
- Make sure your card has sufficient funds or available credit
- Confirm with your bank that online transactions are allowed
- Try another payment method if available
- Complete any 3-D Secure, SMS, or bank verification request if prompted
If the issue continues, please contact your bank or card issuer first, as they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.

Refunds and Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After we process the refund, banks and card networks usually take 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, carrier intercept fees, return shipping costs, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund when applicable, according to our cancellation or return policy.
Payment Security and Privacy
An order confirmation email will be sent after checkout.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped.
If you need a formal invoice or company information added to your invoice, please contact us at support@battrox.com with your order number and billing details.
Invoices and Billing
Our checkout uses secure encryption through Shopify and supported payment providers.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
For fraud prevention, your bank or payment provider may require additional verification, such as 3-D Secure, SMS verification, or other identity confirmation steps.
