Domestic Shipping

International Orders
International delivery is available for selected regions. Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties.
Order Tracking

Carriers & Coverage
Carriers: UPS / FedEx / DHL / USPS
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations is not available at this time.
If you wish to ship outside the contiguous U.S., please contact our customer support for availability and a quote.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to transportation regulations for lithium batteries, some products may have regional restrictions. All items comply with UN38.3 and IATA safety standards.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Used or opened battery cells are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
