We understand that plans may change after placing an order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@battrox.com
Cancellation Before Shipment
Most orders are processed quickly and are usually shipped on the next business day after the order is placed.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.
Cancellation After Tracking Number Is Provided
Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping and handling costs may already apply.
If you request to cancel the order after the tracking number has been provided, we may need to request a package intercept or return from the carrier. Carrier intercept fees and return shipping costs may apply.
For non-quality-related cancellations, such as changing your mind, ordering by mistake, or no longer needing the product, cancellation-related costs may be deducted from the refund if the order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process. These costs may vary depending on the delivery location, selected shipping method, carrier charges, shipping distance, package status, and whether a carrier intercept or return request is required.
Orders Already Delivered
If the order has already been delivered, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the order may need to be handled as a return request according to our Return Policy.
How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request cancellation, please email us at support@battrox.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name used on the order
- Email address used on the order
- Reason for cancellation
Our support team will check the order status and let you know whether the order can still be canceled before shipment or whether carrier-related fees may apply.
Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process, but we will do our best to help you find the best available solution.
