Cancel My Order

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order — no problem! Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible.

When You Can Cancel

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase before it ships out. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order:

  1. Go to our Track My Order page to check your order status.
  2. If it’s still processing, contact our support team immediately:

    Subject line: Cancel My Order – [Your Order Number]

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation to help us process your request faster.

Refund Timeline

  • If your order qualifies for cancellation and has not shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
