Shipping Policy

Orders ship on business days (Mon–Fri). National holidays or peak seasons may cause delays. Unless noted, orders ship from our U.S. warehouses.

  • Processing starts after payment is confirmed.
  • Pre-order/backordered items ship once available.

We currently deliver to the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations is not available at this time.

Address & Delivery

  • Use a complete street address; some carriers don’t deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes.
  • Default delivery is doorstep/front desk. Special arrangements should be coordinated with the carrier.
  • Redelivery or storage fees due to missed delivery are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost/Damaged & Exceptions

  • Damaged/Missing items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos and tracking ID.
  • Lost packages: If no scan updates for 7+ days, contact us or the carrier to start an investigation.
  • Oversize/Hazmat: May require special service; costs/ETA follow checkout and carrier notice.

Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. For other regions, please contact our support team for assistance.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. You can check your package status through the tracking link in that email.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the item is shipped so we can assist you in time.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact our support team. We will help you follow up with the carrier.

What if I receive a damaged or missing item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.

Do you deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We recommend using a full street address whenever possible.
