Go to Track My Order and enter your order number and email address.

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, you’ll need to process a return instead.

You can return most products within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.

Warranty & Claims

Most BattRox batteries come with a 3–5 year limited warranty, depending on the brand and application.

It covers defects in materials and workmanship, not wear and tear or misuse.

Visit our Warranty Claim page and submit your claim online. Our team will review it within 3–5 business days.

Registration is recommended for faster service and claim processing.
