Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in unused and original condition.
  • All packaging, accessories, and manuals are included.
  • The product was purchased directly from the BattRox official store.

Items that are damaged through misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Get Help page or contact us at support@battrox.com.
  2. Provide your order number and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and send you the return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped once your return has been processed.
