Balancing Current: When a cell’s voltage reaches 3.2V and the voltage difference between cells exceeds 300mV, a 0.05A balancing current is applied.

Cell Selection: Cells are selected with a voltage difference of less than 5mV to ensure uniformity.

With minimal voltage variation in the 12V (4S) configuration, passive balancing ensures optimal performance and longevity.
